The Friends of Sevier Park will be hosting the Sevier Park Fest in Sevier Park on Saturday, May 6 from 10 am-6 pm.  The Sevier Park Fest Criterium (Bike) Race will be taking place around Sevier Park on Saturday, May 6 from 10 am until 6 pm.

The full festival will operate on Saturday, May 6 from 10 am – 6 pm and will feature vendors, food, activities, kids area, and live music on two stages. General Admission passes are $10. Tickets and additional information are available on the website at www.sevierparkfest.com/tickets.

Entertainment stages are located in Sevier Park. On Saturday, May 6, music will run on all stages from 10 am-6 pm with sound checks taking place between 8 am and 9 am.

Below is a list of street closures for the event and approximate times on Saturday, May 6.

1.      12th Ave South between Paris and Kirkwood from 7 am-6 pm

2.      Kirkwood between 12th and Lealand from 8 am-6 pm

3.      12th Ave between Clayton and Kirkwood from 8 am-6 pm

4.      Clayton between 12th and Lealand from 8 am-6 pm

5.      Lealand between Kirkwood and Clayton from 8 am-6 pm

This letter serves as a courtesy notice to inform you that on-street parking will be TEMPORARILY restricted in this area on Saturday, May 6, 2023.  Please plan to park your vehicle in an alternate location on the event date. Any vehicles left in No Parking areas, during the times listed above, will be ticketed and towed at the owners’ expense.

Detour recommendations if you are traveling south on 12th Ave include turning right onto Beechwood toward Belmont Blvd. If you are traveling north on Granny White Pike, turn left onto Gale Ln toward Belmont Blvd. If you are traveling West on Kirkwood, turn left onto Craig Ave. then right on Gale Ln toward Belmont Blvd. If you are traveling east from Belmont Blvd, the following streets will not get you through to the east side of 12th Ave/Granny White Pike: Clayton Ave., Ferguson Ave., Cedar Ln., and Kirkwood Ave.

Limited parking is available for event attendees. There is street parking and area pay parking lots available near Sevier Park. We recommend riding your bike to the event. We will have complimentary bike parking and bike valet available in Sevier Park. We additionally recommend taking a taxi or rideshare service. The designated rideshare drop-off location is at 12th Ave S and Paris Ave.
